I have used Auto Craftsmen for everything I needed for my 2012 Outback. I chose them originally because they were the first in the area to have "loaner cars." Loaner cars are great because then I don't have to negotiate with anyone to pick me up or drive me back. However, I keep returning to them for everything else - Amy and the staff and pleasant and helpful and lovely to deal with. Their repair work is excellent. They explain everything. The best auto service I've ever had in terms of people skills...and very good with cars as well.

I've been here twice and both times I was impressed. One time I went in expecting a major bill and left paying under $100. It's nice to get a rental car, and what I appreciate most is how they go thr extra mile. I was thinking of selling my car and they printed all the blue book info just for my convenience to look at. Grayson was lovely and very helpful.

After breaking down on the interstate 2 states away from home, Auto Craftsmen were able to correct diagnose my car's problem, fix it in a timely manner and recommend other necessary safety fixes then repair at a reasonable price. No high pressure, just common sense with safety in mind. Very Professional Company. I have already recommended them to all my relatives in the area. A+++

My truck required extensive work to pass inspection. I expected to have to return it later but Auto Craftsmen found time to complete everything the same day. This was very convenient and I am pleased both with the work and communication before and during the work. I am a return customer and will certainly remain one.

Drive shaft repair seems to be fine.

Recently had the timing belt changed on our Volvo S60. Amy was able to locate a distributor for the belt and water pump that was less money than previously quoted. All went well and we are grateful to have such an amazing place to take our car. Thank you so much.
