Great efficient and thorough service as usual! The only place I have brought my car since 2019

My car had an issue with the speedometer where it would just drop out, lighting up the dash like a Christmas tree, remaining inoperable for seconds to days. Amy and her crew diagnosed the issue, ordered the necessary parts, and had me back on the road quickly, with a loaner to use while my car was down. Great work, honest people- who could ask for more?

I would give Auto Craftsmen 100 stars if I could. I've been bringing my car to them for at least 6yrs, and compared to the previous 14yrs experience with other mechanics, Auto Craftsmen can't be beat. Their customer service and mechanics are knowledgeable and friendly, the information provided is easy to understand and the transparency of the work they have done is a breath of fresh air. Recently I had a small mountain of work done under the hood. While everything was taken apart, Auto Craftsmen mechanics discovered other problems which could have left me stranded on the side of the road if not taken care of. Instead of taking advantage of an opportunity to charge me for another visit, they let me know of the issues, and the repairs got done. What could have been close to a $1000 visit after the fact, was instead barely over $100 extra on my original estimate. I greatly appreciate all the work Auto Craftsmen does, the extra effort they go to keep my vehicle in good shape and how honorable they are.

The "Unicorn" for car service. Excellent communication pre, during and post repair, they clearly explain the problem, offer options for repair, and treat you with integrity and respect. Truly a 10/10 service experience over multiple years of repairs on different vehicles. Highly recommended without reservation.

For years, we have had the crew at Auto Craftsmen work on our cars, always with excellent results. However, my most recent experience requires a review. The check-engine light kept coming on in my 2015 CRV resulting in the All wheel drive function being lost. Winter in Vermont is not when one wants to lose all wheel drive! Amy and the crew squeezed me in hours before their Holiday break, found me a loaner car. They diagnosed and repaired the problem in time to get me on the road for Christmas. Thank you Auto Craftsmen!

We have used Autocraftsmen’s services for 14 years and have always been happy with their work. Recently they fit us in during a very busy time for them to replace the starter in our car before it left us stranded. That was very much appreciated by us! Nice, honest folks working there which makes it an excellent choice for car repairs.
