Hey I just have to say Auto repair at Autocraftsman is simply the best. When my Ambulance broke basically in the Autocraftsman lot in a Sunday I figured it would be a week or two before anyone could help me. It was fixed the next day. Then when the car I drove to pick up the ambulance also broke Autocraftsman took it and fixed that one too. Awesome service! I wish I lived closer all my car work would go to Autocraftsman.

Amy and her crew are outstanding! As the owner, Amy is extremely knowledgeable and very attentive. I called close to 5PM one day with a check engine light and she got on the phone immediately and walked me through a few diagnostic steps. They go above and beyond in educating customers. They have a thorough checklist they use and even proactively check the manufacturer's website for recalls and invest in new technology. I had a brake repair done recently and they sent me text message updates along with actual pictures of the damage. It made the whole process extremely convenient. As a small businessowner, Amy understands the importance of relationships. I've been a customer for over a year and made the switch to her shop after getting tired of driving all the way to the BMW dealership in Shelburne where my business never felt valued. I wish I had discovered her shop years ago. I would highly recommend Amy and her entire crew at Auto Craftsmen. They are honest, reliable, and trustworthy.

My 2014 Porsche 981 had always been serviced by Porsche; always a wait and always pricey. I had been very satisfied with the service provided by Autocraftsmen for my 2014 Tacoma. I took the 981 in for State Inspection knowing that the horn was not functioning. A very wise, simple and inexpensive solution was found to deal with the horn. The total bill was $164, I am confident that had I taken it to Porsche the bill would have been well over $1,640. Good to know competence and honesty is available locally.

These folks go above and beyond. Outstanding service, fast, reliable, and they beat the prices of the other places I've used in the area. So happy to have a trustworthy and skilled mechanic shop down the road.
