Great facility. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and excellent work. They replaced the engine on a Land Rover for me perfectly. Great system, with email/text photos of the vehicle and clear explanations of the work needed. Very honest about what is needed and what can wait. Easy payment options. And, the loaner car service is extremely convenient.

And I even had a loaner car for the day so I could get my errands done while my car was being fixed. I love my new brakes too, by the way! Friendly and professional. Very respectful. They keep the customer well informed with an on-line estimate/approval system, including pictures, so you know before they go ahead. Good follow-up, both on-line and via phone. Touch-less drop-off, invoicing, payment and pick-up makes it super easy. Truly an outstanding team.

Amy and the folks at Auto Craftsmen have been caring for my aging Miata for 13 years. Recently when the clutch failed, Amy told me to have it towed and they would try and sneak it in to see what the diagnosis was. She contacted me later the same day with all the repair info and had it ready for me the following day. These days it doesn't seem like repair people are concerned with their customers. But not the folks at Auto Craftsmen! They communicate well and do a great job. I can't say enough good things about them. They will continue to get my business.

Amy and her team have been taking care of my 08 Volvo for the last 5 years. They help me to prioritize the list of things an 'older' car can need. And they never perform work without checking with your first! Their text and email messaging service is great. Super easy to approve repairs and keep things moving. They are now taking care of my VW Jetta and will handle the repairs and maintenance of any other vehicles that are added to the fleet. Highly recommend!

I took my car to Auto Craftsmen to get my inspection done. They were extremely thorough, made the process super easy and Grayson answered all my questions thoughtfully. I really like how you can view their full report and estimates through text/online. I can always have these for my records and there were many pictures included as well. I plan on using Auto Craftsmen for all future auto repairs/maintenance. In these COVID times, they also had a contactless payment, drop off, interaction system that felt super safe. Honestly, I feel an immense relief in working with them for all of my auto needs :)

My Subaru Crosstrek was breaking my heart. I had brought it into a different auto shop for an oil change, and they came back with a lengthy list of needed repairs (to the tune of $3K+). With only 55K miles, I was convinced I had a lemon and was ready to trade it in. On the advice of a friend, I brought my Crosstrek into Auto Craftsmen for a second opinion. Amy and her team performed a 44 Point inspection at no cost, and sent me a detailed report with photos outlining each issue. Then Amy spent a full half hour with me on the phone, explaining each item in detail, evaluating what needed to be repaired ASAP and what was "nothing urgent," providing options including used Subaru parts, and importantly to me, explaining why/how these issues may have developed in the first place. We came up with a solid plan of action. I now love my Subaru again. And I love Amy and her technicians at Auto Craftsmen!
