Outstanding service once again! Amy and her crew are in a league of their own! I continue to be impressed with this shop's dedication to giving fair and honest service. I trust them like my own family. I am happy to report that my last appointment for a rear brake line replacement came in $100's (yes that's right) of dollars BELOW the original estimate. It would be very easy to take advantage of a situation like that, but this is why I have been a loyal customer at AutoCraftsmen for years. My family is safer because of their attention to detail and dedication to doing the right thing for their customers.

Dealt with complicated fuel saver overenginered 5.7 hemi.....ridiculous amount of technology for the actual fuel saved. Dis an excellent job in diagnosing and repair.....car could not be inspected fully inspected now with no codes.....plus had the loaner car for 3 days very helpful.

Grayson and everyone at Auto Craftsmen are excellent and professional automative technicians. The customer experience is welcoming and thorough and would allow anyone to understand what is needed and what is going to be required down the road. By actually diagnosing the root problem, and caring about providing good service, they elevate themselves above the rest.

We were pleased with AutoCraftsman’s explanation of the work needed, the brake replacement and repair work done, and especially appreciated the use of a “loaner” car.

The benefits of a local garage with professional people can’t be overstated. I called the garage and spoke with Amy about a strange noise coming from the front end of the car. She knew that our one car was our only transportation. She counseled us and we were able to get our car to the garage. The problem was the front wheel bearing. They gave us a loaner and to my surprise the work was finished the same day. They realized the urgency of the situation. Local business gave quick and fair service to a local customer. Sorry that the top rating is only 5 stars.
