I just moved to Vermont and found this gem of a place . Service was excellent and I loved that I could get a loaner car and not have to wait for service .

Rarely write reviews but this one is necessary: once again I have glowing reviews for Auto Craftsmen! This time I brought my 14 year old truck in for the basic service and a concern that I had with my brakes, or best guess, a rear wheel bearing. Amy's crew fixed the problem by being truthful about what my concern was -at no cost b/c it was a simple fix that a professional does quickly/easily without a second thought. Aside from that they completed all the other service that we had been monitoring together (on my budget) to keep my vehicle & family safe. While doing these services they found a prematurely failing part that was within miles of their 1 year service/parts warranty. This was an expensive part that I had replaced last year. It would have been so easy for a dishonest business to take advantage of that situation but Auto Craftsmen is, hands down the best in the industry truthful service is hard to come by and is why I drive over 40 miles to have them help get the best value for my time and money.

I love these guys. Very responsive, organized, communicative, straight forward, transparent. We always take both our cars to them.

I've been a loyal AutoCraftsmen client for close to 10 years now and I go well out of my way for all routine maintenance and repairs because of the service provided. I love the personal touches that only a woman owner would think of, and the staff are all so knowledgeable, friendly, and take the time to explain anything/everything. Free loaner cars, a nice waiting room, and a savings club...what's not to love?! I put my trust in Amy and her team to keep my vehicles running smoothly, and you should too.

Efficient, competent and honest. I say "honest," because I could have had my inspection done at a Subaru dealer's for free, since I was still under warranty. I hadn't realized that. (duh!) The man at the desk told me I could have had my brakes fixed for free at a Subaru dealership. I greatly appreciated the honesty, and chose to stay there (in spite of the price) because of my overly busy schedule not having time to start over scheduling another place. This is a pricey outfit, but it is also outstanding. I love what it stands for in the way of equality. Thank you, Amy and all.

I have been taking my vehicles to Auto Craftsman for many years, and I continue to do so for a number of reasons. 1) I really like their loaner car program. It saves at least one member of my family from having to drive into town and back, twice. 2) I have found that their service managers (past and present) as well as their mechanics are extremely knowledgeable and more than willing to not only explain any problems in detail, but to show you as well. 3) It's the little things that count, too. Recently, I had a most annoying rattle that appeared to be caused by a loosened truck bed from the truck's frame, something I couldn't fix. I drove into Auto Craftsman on a Friday afternoon and explained the problem. Within several minutes, a mechanic appeared outside and identified the problem. He said he would drive my truck into a bay and fix it...on the spot! I was ecstatic! Before I could get through a few pages of a magazine, the mechanic drove the truck back out and said, "All fixed and good to go."! Wow. What service. I then asked owner, Amy, what I owed for that repair. She said, "Nothing. Consider it a birthday gift." As I said, it's the little things that count and that's why I keep going back.

I've been going to Auto Craftsmen for about 10 or 15 years. They have always gone above and beyond to take care of me and my cars. They are completely trustworthy. I highly recommend them!
