Your Service is Invaluable! Just want to drop a line to describe my experience of you and Autocraftsmen while I was shopping for a used car . . . I'm a single gal with a young kiddo and car shopping and buying was not exactly something I was looking forward to. But it was time, in fact, overdue. It took a few weeks and a few conversations with Mark and Amy at Autocraftsmen to finally narrow down my choices for a new (used) car. No matter how many times I stopped by or called, Mark or Amy were always on the receiving side of my inquiries and questions with a ton of tireless respect and care. They either took my call or visit then and there-- or called me back pronto if I left a voicemail. It was clear they were in my corner, genuinely wanting me to get a car that was right for me, safe and reliable. But Amy's most outstanding help arrived when the virtual rubber hit the virtual road. I finally found a car in my price range and that seemingly fulfilled my list of desires - though 200 miles away since I was shopping online for a car south of Vermont. Not only did Amy look over the Car Fax report but she also had a list of things to ask the salesman about the car: to stick a quarter in the tire tread and see how much of George's head could be seen; to ask if the brake rotors had ever been replaced - or just resurfaced; and to ask to have the service records faxed to me. That was when the salesmen began to dodge my calls, not return messages and generally put me off. It was fishy. Even though I had put a $500 deposit on the car, thankfully they eventually refunded it. The good news was that I next found the car of my dreams and in my price range, though again online. Again, Amy reviewed the car fax report and the service records -- and asked those same valuable questions about the brake rotors and tire tread. Everything checked out without a hitch and my car was delivered in less than a week later. Amy went the distance for me and the car of my dreams came from long distance to me. Autocraftsmen crew gave it a 44-point inspection and Mark gladly reported that it was like a 'new' car. I couldn't be happier.
